The Bold style and impeccable quality of Brut Réserve is evident in the balance between vinosity, richness and a waft of delicate acidity with an intense iodine-like purity.
Blend: 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.
Color: A wonderfully fluid, shimmering straw-yellow color with brilliant flashes of paler yellow.
Taste: Rich and fresh with a soft, creamy effervescence. A full, chewy fruitiness sustained by the persistent tang of citrus fruit.
Aroma: Aromas of green apple with suggestions of lemon, apricot, clementine and fresh almond, all highlighted by a hint of iodine. As the wine breathes, it reveals notes of blackcurrant, peach, blood orange, fresh grapes, pomegranate and liquorice, plus a hint of aniseed, cloves and juniper.
Temperature of serving: 10°-12° C
Food pairing: grilled meat and mushrooms, pan-fried fish, seafood dishes, salads.

Leclerc Briant Champagne
Leclerc Briant is a trailblazing Champagne house producing wines of singular energy. The Champagne house was founded in Cumières in 1872 and has rich history.
Leclerc Briant was an early adopter of organic practices beginning in the 1960’s and was one of the first to bottle single-vineyard Champagnes starting in the 1970’s. In the late 1980’s, Bertrand and Jacqueline’s son, Pascal, began integrating biodynamic principles and part of the production has been Demeter certified since 2003. Today, enologist Hervé Jestin continues the legacy of this visionary house.
