Ingredients:
2 eggs
500 ml almond drink
150 g spelt flour
30 g honey
1 g salt
1 tbsp coconut oil
Yield: 3-4 portions
Instructions:
- Whisk eggs with salt and honey.
- Add approximately 100 ml of almond milk. Mix.
- Add all the flour and mix well until a thick, uniform consistency.
- Add the remaining milk and coconut oil and mix well again.
- Fry crepes in a non-stick frying pan without oil.
TIPS
- Instead of almond milk you can use any plant milk to your taste - soy, rice, oat etc.
- Honey can be replaced with another sweetener - coconut or cane sugar, agave or carob syrup, coconut nectar.
